  • Spicer Seascape is for family vacations. No rental groups under the age of 25 (unless accompanied by a parent or guardian), including prom or senior weeks. Must be at least 25 years old to rent the property.

  • Welcome guide provided with additional information prior to stay.

  • To rent this property you will be required to sign a guest lease agreement and to abide by the property rules, policies and procedures outlined in the lease agreement.

  • HOA Quiet Hours 10pm-7am

  • $500 security deposit will be collected at time of booking

  • Yes, there are two pools on the property. One is a kids’ splash pool and the other is a 4.5 ft heated pool.

  • Yes, there is a pavilion with community grills, outdoor TV and seating for pool side fun.

  • Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM so we can prepare for the next guest.

  • The beach is approximately 3 1/2 blocks away.

  • You’ll receive a unique door code before arrival. No keys required.

  • No, but we can refer you to a local company or you can bring your own.

  • Yes, and the network name and password will be sent to you in your Welcome Email Packet prior to check-in.

  • Yes — each bedroom and the living room are Roku Smart TVs. The TVs all have apps installed like Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Video. Please feel free to log in with your own accounts.
